Just wanted to share the steps I took to get the workbench running against the EMC template.
Install STFSv3 64bit process template per instructions
Install TFS Workbench on your computer
Install ScrumDashboard for every collection you want
Take a look at ScrumSprintMonitor as a way to display live data
Change TFS notification delay
Fix a rollup bug
Read guidance
